New ALSIM ALX aircraft flight simulator for the Border Guard Aviation Bureau (March 2024)

On March 5, 2024 GB Aircraft Sp. z o.o. handed over to the Border Guard Aviation Bureau in Gdansk a new dual-mode ALSIM ALX class FNTP II MCC flight simulation device with serial number ALX-115, certified under EASA’s FSTD (A) regulations. The delivery was made under a contract won by GB Aircraft Sp. z o.o. of the tender announced by the Border Guard in December last year. The ALX simulator is already the first ALSIM device on the Border Guard Aviation Bureau’s equipment, and features a modular cabin configuration with 2 flight models (Light Turboprop and Medium Turboprop), original Garmin GTN 650Xi avionics and a cabin smoke system. The simulator is designed for training in multi-crew cooperation (MCC) in accordance with PART FCL (EASA) and training in flying high performance turboprop aircraft.
